Warranties Service Plans and Repair
We take pride in producing High-Definition Digital LED Screens along with Custom Developed True Cloud Based Management software that can be accessed/managed from anywhere in the world via Internet.
These High-Definition Digital Signs has lots of Electronic Components and in accordance with LED Lamp Manufacturer’s recommendation, Screen to be rested for 8 hours in 24 hours working cycle.
WHO IS COVERED:
This limited warranty is valid only in the United States or Canada. This limited warranty is effective from the date of original purchase.
This Warranty runs solely to the party that originally purchases from Grandsigns or an authorized Grandsigns distributor or reseller, and, unless and except to the extent Cosmo may expressly agree otherwise in writing.
No person or entity other than the original purchaser from Grandsigns or an authorized distributor or reseller shall have or may be assigned any right or remedy under this Warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED:
This unit comes with 1 Year Manufacturer’s Part Warranty. Labor is not covered.
Within 1 year after date of receiving the product, Grandsigns will replace any functional part(s) that are defective.
The customer must contact Grandsigns and provide a description of the defect or defective part, including digital pictures or invoice if requested.
Defective components must be returned to Grandsigns shipping prepaid.
After the 1st year, shipping costs of replacement parts will also be prepaid by customer. This warranty only covers units that are purchased by original customer and will not convey to new purchaser if sold. Functional parts are those components/parts that are critical to the performance of the product’s essential function. Non-functional parts are those that are a cosmetic feature or metal cabinet.
In the event of product replacement, your Digital Screen will be warranted for the remaining term of the original unit’s warranty period. Once trouble is reported, please allow 24 hours (M-F) to respond and run diagnosis. Any defective part will be made available within 24- 48 hours after diagnosis.

Your limited warranty could be voided if the systems and parts under warranty are damaged by any of the following:
Damage due to accident, natural disaster, mis-use, or alteration. Damage or corrosion due to environment, chemical treatments and or aftermarket products.

Grandsigns makes no representations about the quality, durability, or need for service or repair of Digital Screen other than the representations contained in this warranty.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES; EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE AVAILABILITY OF REPLACEMENT PART(S) AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
GRANDSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
